Boarding Pass

Your key to fun at the show

Navigating a trade show has never been more fun - or more rewarding - than at Plastics Encounter! Simply have your Boarding Pass scanned as you participate in trade show activities, and watch your boarding points add up. When you've finished your tour of the show, head over to the Ship's Store and collect your free treasure. It's that easy!

What qualifies you for points?

  • Preregistering for the show online at this Web site.
  • Participating in show floor activities such as games at the Plastics News/Plastics Encounter booth, attendee research and more.
  • Viewing the SPI Economic Report through our on-site computer kiosk.
  • Using Surf City, our Internet station where you can check your e-mail or attend to other online business.
  • Using Surf City, our Internet station where you can check your e-mail or attend to other online business.
  • Visiting the booths of our show co-sponsors and exhibitors who are using the Boarding Pass (bCard) system. Look for the colorful "Anchor Exhibitor" signs.
  • Attending the Plastics Encounter Conference sessions.

How do you cash in your points?

  • Stop by the Ship's Store when you're ready to leave the show.
  • We'll give you your point total, which can also be checked at various Boarding Pass stations on the show floor.
  • Based on your total, pick out as many prizes as you'd like until your points are used up.
  • Or hold on to your Boarding Pass (it's good for three years from the date the card is received), add points at each Plastics Encounter show and cash in your points for a top-notch treasure.

What kind of treasure can you earn?

  • Treasures range from radios to tote bags to rubber duckies - stop by the Ship's Store to check out the loot firsthand.
